A few things worth knowing
Yes, a Google account is required to leave a review. If you use Gmail, Google Maps, or YouTube, you already have one. Signing in takes a moment and your review is posted immediately.
Anything honest. What the experience felt like, how you were looked after, what the finished work turned out like. There are no wrong answers and no minimum length. A sentence is as valuable as a paragraph.
Yes. Google allows you to add photos alongside your written review. If you are happy with the piece, a photograph alongside your words helps others understand what to expect from the work.
If anything about your experience fell short of what you expected, we would genuinely prefer you contact us directly first. We take every client's experience seriously and want the opportunity to make things right before anything else.
Every review on our Google listing is real. We do not pay for reviews, incentivise them, or remove ones we disagree with. What you read reflects the experiences of actual clients, nothing else.
